Longer pub hours go into effect tonight!!! Hurrah! I'll be out after work having a sneaky pint (as they say here) to celebrate.

hahaha. here's what my coworker Tim said when I asked him: "hmmm... well I would say a sneaky pint is one where, for example, your wife forbade you to go to the pub and you went anyway and didn't tell her and then ate lots of chewing gum to mask the evidence... whereas a cheeky pint would be one where you squeezed one in with a friend before going on to meet up with others."
but then we had a whole big discussion and decided that a sneaky pint was actually the one you squeeze in. and then we decided to go after work today for one or two and decide at the end whether we had a sneaky or a cheeky pint. :-)
